We are a start-up founded in 2017, based in London, UK, aiming to improve the massage market in London by introducing a set of online new features and concepts. We want to make massage appointments more simple and easy to access, and on the other side, help talents grow.
– We are not a massage agency and we don’t take any fees from massage sessions
– We don’t own any massage studio, we’re just an online platform, meant to connect massage providers with clients.
Are all the profiles listed on MassageNextDoor genuine?
We encourage all massage providers that had chosen to list their business with MND to verify their images. We’re adding a verification badge to every user who’s complying with the verification requirements. It’s easy to spot a verified profile, just check if the profile has the badge:
How can I make an appointment?
To make an appointment with a massage provider you have two simple options. The safe and recommended one is to send them a message through MND. Just go to their profile page and you’ll find the messaging fields. You need to have a Registered Client Account in order to send messages through MND. Other options would be calling or texting the masseuse on the number listed on their profile page.
How do I pay for my appointment?
MND does not handle any payments between clients and providers and doesn’t intermediate the purchase of the massage service. Further payment details and methods are handled exclusively by clients and providers. However, we strongly don’t recommend paying in advance for sessions.
How do I make a complaint about a provider?
To make a complaint please feel free to contact MassageNextDoor customer service through the contact page. Please make sure that you include in the complaint the name of the provider as it is on our website, date of the appointment and a description of what happened. We’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible but sometimes it takes a bit longer to handle a situation so we count on your patience.
Please note that MND does not act a mediator between parties, but your complaint is valuable feedback for us and help us to keep running at your highest expectations.
